Do I need to have my cast in place for the application?

Yes, your application will be evaluated based on the merits of the script and all key participants. Please include a CV and DVD footage of previous work for each of the lead cast members attached to your short. If the actor is well-known and in high demand, we require a letter of commitment from the actor or their agent.
