Seven Bravo!FACT-funded shorts screening in St. Johns

It’s opening night at the St. John’s International Women’s Film Festival (SJIWFF), one of the longest running women’s film festivals in the world, and seven of the shorts selected to screen were produced with funds from Bravo!FACT (Foundation to Assist Canadian Talent). Stephanie Dudley’s Little Theatres: Homage to the Mineral of Cabbage, E. Jane Thompson’s The Exit, Noémie Lafrance’s Melt, Anita Doron’s Lust, Sarah Goodman’s Hidden Driveway, Jim Donovan’s She Said Lenny, and Michelle Latimer’s Choke are all scheduled to appear over the festival’s five-day run.
