Walter Forsyth produced the features The Disappeared and Cubers and several short films including How to Be Alone, First Death in Nova Scotia, Goodbye Robot Army and Boyclops.
He wrote and directed the award-winning films LSD 25 and The June Bug Symphony as well as Old St. Nick and documentaries including the TV hours, After Frank and 30 Takes. He is the vice chair of DOC Atlantic, sat on the board of the Hot Docs International Documentary Film Festival for six years and was the Executive Director of the Atlantic Filmmakers Cooperative for ten years.
Walter won TIFF’s Pitch This! Competition and received a Sundance Documentary Fund in 2011. He also produced a web series, Everyone’s Famous, for release in January 2013 and makes a mean Caesar salad.
His other short credits include directing, co-writing and co-producing The Luckiest Most Unlucky Man in the World.
