The 2012 Gimli Film Festival wrapped up recently after screening three bravoFACT shorts and awarding one with the Best Short Film prize!
Located in Manitoba, Canada, the Gimli Film Festival –dedicated to celebrating the art, education and entertainment of film – screens over 130 features, documentaries and short form films from Manitoba and the rest of the world.
The three shorts showcased at this year’s festival: The Yodeling Farmer (directed by Mike Maryniuk and John Scoles); Hidden Driveway (directed by Sarah Goodman); and Tabula Rasa (directed by Matthew Rankin).
The Yodeling Farmer also took home the award for Best Short on the opening day of the festival.
