Of the four nominees for Best Short Film at this year’s DGC (Director’s Guild of Canada) awards, three of them are bravoFACT funded shorts!
Hosted by Sean Cullen, the 2012 DGC Awards will be presented at the annual Gala on October 20 2012 at the Royal York Hotel. Spanning 19 categories, the nominees for all the various awards have been selected from a pool of close to 180 submissions!
The three bravoFACT shorts that have been nominated are: Patch Town (directed by Craig Goodwill), Dave vs. Death (directed by Patrick Hagarty) and The Seder (directed by Justin Kelly).
Congratulations to the cast and crew of all these wonderful shorts. And though not all of you can take home the award, in our books you are all winners!
